Carmenere
With a deep and intense violet red color, this Carmenere presents aromas of ripe red fruit, blackberry, cassis and subtle notes of vanilla on the nose. On the mouth, it is spicy with soft and sweet tannins. Balanced acidity and medium to long persistence.
Ideal to accompany pasta, lamb stew and empanadas. Recommended serving temperature between 16 – 18°C.
